Having grown up in a family of divorce, Kristi developed anxiety and suffered from a sense of being"not enough" early in her life.  In her prime she faced the diagnosis of leukemia. For years she has battled leukemia.  Through it, she has learned to become grounded in a new sense of self.   She has learned to manage anxiety and overwhelm.  Most important, she learned to strengthen relationships with her family, and build a rock-solid marriage.  Her heart's desire is to equip others for the challenges of life.  

As you face your challenges and struggle with the ups and downs of uncertainty, borrow parts of Kristi's story.  While you reflect and re-direct your stress and fears, it may help you to simply borrow bits and pieces of another person's story.  Kristi gifts her story to you.

Kristi has the ability to put things into perspective.  She learned that to overcome the anxiety and depression  that led to a suicide attempt she needed to embrace her feelings and admit her need for change.  Then, in her early thirties, Kristi was diagnosed with leukemia.  She has learned to live with the joy of  remission and the disappointment of leukemia's return. To overcome and steer through her anxiety and depression she learned she needed to develop an inner strength that could give her the resilience to bounce back more courageous.  Kristi is exuberant, joy-filled, steadfast and caring.  She is a role model from which you can draw strength and encouragement for your journey.
